How to Update Your Nudi Spray® Subscription

Follow these simple steps to transition your 50ml subscription to the 100ml subscription for better value, longer-lasting use, and a more planet-friendly choice.

Step 1: Log In to Your Nudi Spray® Account

Click on this link to access your Nudi Spray® account https://www.nudispray.com/my-account/ . Use your email and password to log in. If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on Lost your password?

Step 2: Access Your Subscriptions

Once logged in navigate to the My Account menu. Click on Subscriptions (or My Subscription on mobile). Your active subscription(s) will appear lower down the screen.

Step 3: View Subscription Details

If you have multiple subscriptions, click on the View button to reveal the full details of the subscription you want to update.

Step 4: Cancel Your 50ml Subscription

Click Cancel to end your 50ml subscription. You will receive confirmation that the cancellation is complete.

Step 5: Navigate to the Products Menu

Using the menu bar in the top-left corner of your screen (on mobile) or across the top of your screen (on PC/laptop), select Products.

Step 6: Select the 100ml Subscription

Scroll to the Glue Free Forever! Subscribe and Save product. Click on Buy Now below the £16 pricing.

Step 7: Choose Your Delivery Frequency

Select your preferred delivery frequency. Since you’re moving from a 50ml to a 100ml can, you may want to double the time between deliveries. Click Sign Up Now.

Step 8: Review Your Shopping Cart

You will be taken to your shopping cart where details, including your first renewal date, are displayed. Check that the renewal date matches your previous subscription renewal date, or update it if necessary. Scroll to the bottom and click Proceed to Checkout.

Step 9: Complete Checkout

On the checkout page, scroll down to the bottom and tick the box confirming you’ve read and agreed to the website terms and conditions. Click Sign Up Now.

Step 10: Confirm Your Subscription Update

You will receive confirmation that your subscription has been updated. Your first delivery under the new subscription will arrive 48 hours after your first renewal date (set in Step 8).
