Hydration is key! If your skin is on the drier side, you might need an extra spritz (or two) of Nudi Spray®. Don’t worry it will get the glue off! Just keep at it, and for an even smoother experience, make sure your skin stays hydrated and moisturised in between removals.

We know from experience that Evorel is typically the most stubborn glue to remove, but certainly NOT impossible, please check that you have followed the steps below.

1. Ensure the glue marks are 'fresh'. We know that the older the patch glue, the harder it is to remove. so we try to encourage everyone to remove the residue as soon as possible; ideally on patch change day, to stop it from 'baking on'.

2. Ensure skin is not damp.

3. Leave Nudi Spray® for at least 5-10 seconds before wiping away. This gives Nudi time to break the bond between the glue and your skin, ready for you to wipe away.

4. Repeat if necessary.

5. Do not allow Nudi to dry before you wipe away, Nudi will evaporate after 20 seconds. Timing is off the essence.

6. Is your skin very dry? We have found staying hydrated helps our skin absorb HRT more effectively and eases glue removal. Typically, it is easier to remove glue in Summer rather than Winter, when skin tends to be drier.

In most cases Royal Mail delivers ahead of the 48hr commitment, but please bear in mind that postal delays can occur, in particular during peak times e.g. Christmas.
