These Subscription Terms apply when you sign up to a recurring Nudi Spray subscription through www.nudispray.com. They sit alongside our general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
By starting a subscription, you confirm you've read and accept these terms.
1. What a Nudi Spray subscription is
A Nudi Spray subscription is a recurring order. You choose a product and a delivery frequency (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 monthly), and we automatically send you that product, and charge your payment method, on each renewal date until you cancel.
We currently offer subscriptions for selected Nudi Spray products. You can choose to receive your deliveries every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months. The specific products, available frequencies and prices are shown on each product page at the time you sign up.
2. Who can subscribe
You must be:
- At least 18 years old;
- A resident of the United Kingdom (we currently ship to UK addresses only);
- Authorised to use the payment method you provide.
3. Pricing, payment and renewals
3.1 Initial charge
When you sign up, we'll charge your chosen payment method for your first delivery at the price shown at checkout. That price (including any introductory discount) is also confirmed in your order confirmation email.
3.2 Renewals
Your subscription will automatically renew on the schedule you selected (every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months). On each renewal date we'll:
- Charge the saved payment method on your account, at the then-current subscription price for that product;
- Dispatch your next delivery in line with our normal shipping timescales.
3.3 Introductory offers
If you signed up using an introductory discount (for example, "first order half price"), that discount applies only to your first delivery unless we expressly say otherwise. Renewal deliveries are charged at the standard subscription price shown on the product page.
3.4 Price changes
If we change the price of your subscription, we'll let you know at least 30 days before the change takes effect, by email to the address on your account. The new price will apply to your next renewal after that 30-day notice period. If you don't want to continue at the new price, you can cancel at any time before the next renewal (see Section 5).
3.5 Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails (for example, an expired card), we'll try again automatically and email you to ask you to update your payment details. If we can't take payment within 14 days, we may pause or cancel your subscription. No delivery will be dispatched until payment is received.
4. Deliveries
Subscription orders are shipped on the same basis as one-off orders – see our Shipping & Delivery page for current carriers, timescales and costs. Shipping fees are charged on each delivery unless we say otherwise at sign-up.
You can update the delivery address on a subscription at any time through your account, provided you do so before the next dispatch date.
5. Pausing, skipping, and cancelling
We don't believe in subscription traps. You're in control.
5.1 How to manage your subscription
You can log in to your account at any time to:
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Pause your subscription for a set period
- Change the product, frequency, or delivery address
- Cancel your subscription
You can reach your subscription management area via the "Manage Subscription" link in the footer of our website, or directly at https://nudispray.com/apps/subscriptions.
5.2 How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no notice period and no cancellation fee, by:
- Using the "Cancel" option in your account subscription area; or
- Emailing us at hello@nudispray.com with your order number and a request to cancel.
Cancellation takes effect immediately for any future renewals. If you cancel after a renewal payment has already been taken but before the order has been dispatched, please email us straight away – we'll do our best to stop the dispatch and refund the order.
5.3 Your statutory right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)
You also have the statutory right to cancel the contract for your first subscription delivery within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details, including the exclusion for unsealed personal-hygiene products, are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Returns and refunds for subscription orders
The Refund & Returns Policy applies to each subscription delivery in the same way as to a one-off order. In particular:
- Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to your first subscription order only.
- The 14-day statutory cooling-off period applies to your first delivery, subject to the unsealed-personal-hygiene exception.
- For subsequent renewal deliveries, you can return unopened, sealed items within 14 days of receipt under our standard returns policy.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 – please contact us at hello@nudispray.com.
If you cancel a subscription, no refund is given for deliveries you've already received (other than under the rights set out above).
7. Suspension and termination by us
We may pause or cancel your subscription if:
- A payment fails and isn't resolved within 14 days;
- We reasonably believe the account is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms;
- We discontinue the product or the subscription service.
If we cancel a subscription for a reason that isn't your fault (for example, we discontinue the product), we'll refund any payment already taken for an undelivered order.
8. Communication
We'll contact you about your subscription using the email address on your account. Please keep this address up to date. Subscription-related emails (order confirmations, renewal notices, payment failures, price changes, cancellation confirmations) are operational messages and we'll send them even if you've opted out of marketing.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights (for example, around cancellation or price changes), we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then if you don't want to continue. Routine updates (for example, formatting changes or address updates) will simply be posted on this page.

11. Governing law
These Subscription Terms, and any contract formed under them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
